Michigan Comnet is an online non-profit community dedicated to fostering the use of information technology and the Internet to facilitate communication and information-sharing among people involved in Michigan's public service sector, including those in community-based, educational, health, human service, government, and philanthropic organizations.
To that end Comnet provides web hosting and technology support for the Kellogg Global Program on Youth Project sites. As a Community resource Comnet is a well-matched environment for the dissemination of recent research to community organizations and agencies that benefit from a quick translation of research to practice.

Any not-for-profit agency is welcome to our services and we are growing to provide more services in response to non-profits needs. Please take a look at the other resources we provide including Training, a Virtual Library and an online Community. We are jointly funded by United Way Community Services of Detroit and the University of Michigan School of Social Work.
